What I wish people would understand about is that it's not just a mood swing, it's an entire personality shift. My morals, everything I stand for and everything about myself will change in a heartbeat when my mood shifts, and it really is crippling and so confusing

it’s lonely living with bc no matter how much people claim to want to help, as soon as the more “difficult” symptoms reveal themselves, they leave. i’m so tired of feeling used and alone.

Today someone asked me if I take anti-depressants. The answer is no. In my opinion, anti-depressants are a bandaid, and they don't help as much if you have an abnormal brain composition like those with . They only help with chemical imbalances.

I am getting tired of trying to explain how my mind works, my thought processes. I barely understand myself. I am aware of how irrational i sound sometimes. It is what it is.

Today I struggled with the idea of taking my meds. I just didn't want to. I thought why bother when all I want to do is die. I did take them but some days it is really hard.
