really honoured to be asked to write my first ever academic for you! Thank you for suggesting me! I’ll read it to my dearest friend, Pickle, & see what she thinks too - I’m sure she’ll be all ears & will have lots to say!

I recently completed "The Now Habit" by Dr. Neil Fiore. Takeaway is to not be overwhelmed by a due date for a big task or project, but to practice reverse scheduling to break down the project or task into smaller pieces.

5/5🌟 Darkness, trauma, addiction. It felt at times like reading a journal or diary with how open and honest she is. It ranges from her childood to womanhood. Reccomended Read!

I recreated(ish) the cover of 's latest memoir. Beau didn't cooperate as well, and all I had was an apple and an orange. Plus we have opposite colors. Anyways, her book is great.

SUSPICION by Leigh Russell - A disappointingly hollow thriller with not a single likeable character in sight. Won’t put me off reading future books from the author but may require jump leads.

THE FRIEND by Teresa Driscoll - Superbly paced, brimming with keenly-rendered characters and always tickling the edges of anxiety. Always a notable pleasure to be thrilled sideways by Teresa Driscoll.
