Another great couple of days at with interesting talks/stands. Good to meet many people I knew, as well as some new ones. Today led a birding walk, where we saw Osprey, Great White Egret, Sanderling and Black Tern.

Our best estimate is that over 60% of English pre-16th century churches have bat roosts. Churches can sometimes house large maternity roosts in summer, and cold crypts and towers can also be useful hibernation sites. (photos: Hugh Clark / )

Had an absolutely brilliant time today! Got myself stocked up on reading material, saw birds up close with Great talks- including the young people involved in the climate strikes, who got a well earned standing ovation! Brilliant and inspiring day :)
