I made a mistake starting this batch of . I didn't get a nice flame going all across the top, so fresh air poured in from one side to oxidize the other side. Eventually, a flame cap formed. 2 day total of 525 litres of biochar. Now I need to start finding some customers.

Today I cooked my first of many batches of . I only had a few unburnt sticks at the bottom edge. I'll bank some gravel around the barrel next batch to keep more heat in. 3-75 litre trash cans...225 litres all together. I'll figure out how much it weighs when it dries out.
