I spoke to the pharmacist today. I asked about black box warnings and showed her a screen shot of one about diazepam that also mentioned tapers. She seemed to think I might be an idiot. At least that's how it felt.

Any doctor prescribing a patient a is failing them. No exception. These are the crisis happening right in front of us- people are physically & mentally addicted to them, lives are destroyed b/c no one’s grasping how destructive they are. Wake up.

One of the side effects of benzo tolerance is and . If caused these phobias then wouldn’t getting off of them and healing reverse the phobias? I’m being told so many different things I genuinely don’t know what to believe anymore.

CW drugs, phobia Benzo hangovers are awful and be kind to yourself if you’re feeling depressed afterwards, it take a couple days to fully leave your body.

3 years, 2 months, 20 days. That’s the time it took me to taper off 15 mg of Valium. This isn’t about addiction. As prescribed damaged my nervous system, and I fought nasty withdrawal symptoms all the way down to get off this poison. I just took my final dose.
