This is my second take of my last lift of Progressive overload with Time Under Tension. I feel like doing this weight next week to see if I can get 5 reps or a steady 4 reps. This point of view is better.

Warming up before exercising IS very important. I have friends that say that the body should be on the verge of sweating before training. I do 15 reps of 33% of my 1RM, and that's a conservative warm-up. Just make sure you warm-up.
