Gales from the west always fill one of Shetland's most beautiful beaches with bruck. These bags may look so inadequate considering the mess that remains, but I will come back, with more bags, as will so many more people who love this place

Lovely sunrise walk and with Deb this morning at Bawdsey. Didnโ€™t see the sun as too cloudy but had a lovely breakfast on the beach. Overnight oats and peppermint tea. Not too much litter to pick up either which is a bonus. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ

Finding plastic bottles all over an Icelandic beach in the middle of nowhere is super sad. But after 10 mins and a make shift bag from a coat we left it cleaner than when we arrived

This is such a brilliant idea on the @fifecoastalpath from Be so good to see these elsewhere along our coasts. Finding places to dispose of collected beach litter was a big issue for me in some areas.

Hundreds of bits of plastic from the last in . Tons of polystyrene packaging balls, and lots of commercial identifiable wrappers for junk food. Letโ€™s play a game. Find something you recognise and tag a producer.

Wondering what to do when out for your exercise? Make a difference to the environment and help the welfare of wildlife, take a walk on the beach and do a mini . All you need is a carrier bag or two, some rubber gloves, sanitiser and you are ready to litter pick!
