:In the 17th century Mackerel was the only fish allowed to be sold openly on Sundays! Due to its high contents of histidine it spoils rather quickly if itโ€™s not gutted & prepped soon after being caught. So, gut it, prep it & cook it like you mean it! ๐ŸŸ weekend

Cut & cooked by my very own hands ๐Ÿ™Œ Iโ€™ve just found a new favourite hobby. Nothing quite compares to getting beef back from an animal youโ€™ve had born, raised & finished off grass on the farm. Hands down best ๐Ÿฅฉ weโ€™ve ever had
