Day 2 of my month long preop diet. Difficult day. Feeling low blood sugar and a headache. I don’t mind the food/beverages but I’m hungry all the time. Wish the diet allowed for one meal with lean meat and vegetables.

Went to long pre-surgery nutrition course today. They want me on a 4 week pre-surgery diet. I start Wednesday... it’s super restrictive. I was only planning on 2 weeks, so it’s kinda turned my plans upside down. Bring it on, though! I got this!

Day 1 on my pre-op diet. I should’ve ordered the right protein powders in advance. Doc office only approves of 3 companies... made it work and think I got in all my protein today. Going to bed hungry. I’m okay!
