So this week, Bar Exam prep pierced my chest, wrenched out my soul, and punched me in the gut on its way out my ass. Basically, all my vital organs hurt right now.

I told her I saw every movie that came out in summer of 1997 when I was studying for the Georgia Bar Exam! I worked two jobs (had to), went to Bar/Bri, studied, ate, slept, exercised, went to the movies, in a non-stop loop! (Movies Summer ‘97 included Men in Black)

Is there anything different a 3L should be doing in anticipation of the bar than they've done their previous 2 years in law school?

Chiming in late to ... plan to get hotel near testing site for nights during the exam rather than having to worry with traffic/commute/etc. And, check out hotel options now b/c they will fill up the longer you wait!

The thought of getting a State essay where I have no clue or forget elements of the law terrifies me. So I find myself getting caught up in all the details outlines give me. Should I just work on committing the big ideas to memory?

supplemented that program with other essay practice and mbe questions for the purpose of building the confidence. Confidence didn’t mean I would know everything but it meant I would have the principles down to work through the problems

You’re the dean of your own studies. Not Barbri, not your law school, not me, not anyone. I invite you as the dean to deliberately approach your preparation.

The night before the exam don’t study. It’s over. You know it or you don’t. Sleep is more important now.

Late to the party because of Finals basketball, but... What are the recommended ways to divide your study time between MC, essays, flashcards, and other tasks?
