Actually, reading through the text chain again, I didn't mention cancelling my cable before he tried to get me to upgrade. I mentioned it in RESPONSE to him saying to upgrade. This was also where he said there won't be a difference in price.

employee threatens me by saying, "if I wasn't wearing this badge...", then he shut off my phone maliciously and when I talked to tmobile about it, they told me to go back to where I was threatened to resolve it.

This happened to us, traveling from Palm Springs to Seattle via SFO. Paid 30$ to check in my bag. Didn’t arrive at Seattle after we landed. Came the next day and delivered to us completely torn and unusable.
