Vacation house renters BEWARE rented us a unit and now claims that unit is not available!! They have had our money for 2 weeks and have not offered any alternatives except a refund which does not help as there is no avail. at our destination. DO NOT USE!!

Was NEVER notified about a $159 balance (that should've gone through on auto-pay 3/31) and just received an email from a collections agency! Now isn't answering the phone. Are you kidding me?! Seems to be happening to a lot of people today.

Disappointed in business practices. They are fulfilling an order directly from the vendor, but are charging an extra 10% percent. Why wouldn’t I just get it from the vendor myself?!?! They won’t price match either!

I have been a long time customer of for over 15 years and the customer service and their handling of issues over the last few days have been less than satisfactory. It’s even brought me to considering changing to another company that treats customers better.

I was forced to booked a second hotel(double the original price). I contacted , they “investigated” and told me that the hotel does not give refunds. I wasn’t even able to get into the lobby to receive a service to refund!

Bottom line is we were not able to check in and use the room. Expedia and lotus inn and suites rec their payments. I however get to pay for a room I didn’t even get a chance to use and has refused to refund my money.

I have been fighting this since the end of April. And to add to this I had taken a video of the locked lobby doors. I’m hoping to warn others- don’t use Expedia and don’t ever go to Lotus Inn in Nashville.
