Unbelievable that one of your branches refused to sell me a sim-free phone simply because I didn't want to give my name, address and email. Thankfully were only too happy to take my bundle of £20 notes without demanding any personal data.

Hey ...been waiting 12 days for a part on a claim. Have been told 4x that it’s been mailed. Supervisor noted it hadn’t been sent WHILE ON THE PHONE telling it had & I would get follow-up by 12p. Called at 12:30, not ordered, blamed mfgr.
