today was electric ~ heavy heavy bent over rows, high rep T-bar rows super set with pull ups, single arm light weight dumbbell curls to finish and 4 miles in air-dyne sprints. Hard work makes the mind right. The expression of effort steels the will.

Use lighter plates vs. Greater range of motion; I should have added another plate to make up the difference. There's always next week, and the next 3 sets I added more weight.
