'Phone ban' is usually (media) short hand for putting guidelines in place around device use that doesn't support learning & wellbeing. Q1/ What are the concerns 'bans' are seeking to address? What is the *evidence* for these concerns?

+ A2: Students use them when directed by a teacher for educational purposes, varying from class to class. Not permitted to be accessed during break times. Having said that students will access their phone during study/available periods in support of their learning.
