Cisplatin v cetux for HPV+ OPX ca of HN. What did we learn? Cetuximab much worse with ~7% lower OS mirroring its almost exact poorer LC (almost ~7%). What does this mean? Even though HPV+ tumors have better outcomes, still very aggressive disease needing aggressive rx
