Bay County Artificial Reef Assoc Barge from Eastern Ship Building is through the pass and into the Gulf of Mexico - Headed on a long trip to LAARS B. The Reef will recognize and memorialize Glenn and Bubba Cooper, two local fishermen that pioneered local efforts.

Today we deployed the concrete sample blocks for our project. They will be submerged in the marine environment for 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months to test their structural integrity. The best concrete mix will be used to make our units!
