I wish the sixth form students realised how much effort and courage it took Elizabeth to get out the car, stand alone to wait for a school minibus. Wish they were nice enough to approach her and speak and offer friendship, instead of staring, pointing & giggling 💔

I’ve been majorly struggling with my anxiety and post-natal depression this week. It’s been a rollercoaster. There are so many factors involved but this doesn’t define me and I WILL overcome it. To anyone else going through it, you’re not alone ❤️

Recovering from anxiety is not measured by how long you go without being anxious, it is measured by how you respond to it when it arises. Try showing anxiety that you know its tricks now, by not avoiding anything and doing what ‘non-anxious’ you would do.
