Not all back pain is just due to muscle/disc dse. If back pain is worst upon waking up in the AM & improves upon moving about, try to consult a rheumatologist.

So far this year I’ve hiked 1,488 miles. My morning hikes - combined with Humira injections every 2 wks - keep my symptoms at bay. Added benefit: hiking makes me happy. β™₯️
