I'm thankful the barking dogs who were rescued from a balcony across the courtyard are safe. This was a little over 2 wks ago. The were outside all day & night & the pitbull/boxer mix had become aggressive, trying to jump over the railing after kids. Thanks

My poor daughter is heartbroken! She saved a baby raccoon. The poor baby raccoon’s paw looked injured. Animal Control didn’t want to hear my daughter. in Waterford, Ct needs to hire people who like animals instead of Asses who hate them! ⁦

Did you know that when "play dead" they can remain in that state for up to four hours? If you try to move it, you risk it waking up and attacking you. Leave it to the experts.

No sooner did I set up our backyard oasis when an unwanted tenant moved in...a large ! It occupies the gazebo at night. How do I safely evict it?

ESPECIALLY in parks, unless it's a unleashed park, people running their dogs unleashed in public parks should be ticketed

🐱 We're thinking about calling this kitten D after where she was rescued today: Dorchester Rd. An off-duty deputy scooped up the cat, and Master Deputy Beth Auer brought her to HQ to be handed over to & . Everyone gets an A for helping out D!

No two days are the same for those working in . That is certainly the case for Deputy Brooks who responded to an interesting call last month—two baby stuck in a window well at a local church. He managed to pull them out & release them.
