I found a package that Amazon dropped off onto common stairwell of approximately 20 families and package was for a totally different building/address. Called Amazon customer service and they literally blew me off! They could care less

Once again marked as 'handed directly to a resident'. Give me a chance to rate your deliverers Amazon...please.

Wow way to just toss our package on the ground! Amazon delivery at it’s finest! What if it was breakable!!! Heaven forbid you just set it down nicely. Poor service & customer service.

The 'guaranteed delivery' on is a sham. I just had my 3rd encounter with your 'delivery was attempted but you weren't available' gimmick and it's really pissing me off. Either you don't have the capability to deliver or you have punks working for you!

Hey This is the crap you keep ignoring in our complaints about the jack wagons you have delivering for you now

Has anyone had massive problems with the Amazon Delivery service? Whenever Amazon uses their own service to deliver it’s late or goes missing. This has happened to me over 12 times in the last six months-almost every time.

Dear what is the use of buying prime membership if you can't deliver product on time. The item was supposed to arrive day before yesterday.

You have now lost 2 items in a 6 week period. This is unacceptable. And you keep missing your delivery deadlines for the ones you don't lose!

Dear , you know what I hate? Random unmarked cars, frequently with out of state plates, coming up my driveway. Random un-uniformed people with no visible ID approaching my house. Packages that stink like an ashtray. Go back to commercial carriers.

Hey WTF? I almost backed over the box with my car. Who leaves a package at the garage? What’s wrong with the front porch? Your delivery people are LAZY!

Not happy w/ Amazon’s delivery 2-day service as a longtime Prime member. Love seeing “Packages delivered” and no packages and a TBA tracking (to be announced) number ...wtf Amazon?!

. one from last Tuesday and one from today. I was told last time a “supervisor” would make sure it never happens again! Guess that was a fail. I have a front porch and a back porch. Driver can’t get the hell out of the car?

I thought that my packages were suppose to be dropped off at my door step? Not 100 yards away from my apartment in the middle of the walk way. 2nd time this week, great job by the Moonachie carriers 👎🏼👎🏼

Let my prime membership expire and won't renew it until I can opt out of the Amazon delivery service.

delivery services are horrible. Once again another delivery that will take another day. This mostly happens with their own delivery service. Scape it and stick with FedEx and UPS. At least they mostly stay on schedule.

Hey See the box CLEARLY marked “Amazon”?! Why is it that your delivery people can’t put the package IN THE BOX?

Not concerned about delivery! Especially when this is how they drop off packages.

Hey Jeff, gotta say, it was a bad move going away from using UPS for deliveries. Your "Amazon Delivery Service" is very unreliable. Hiring any yahoo to drive a personal vehicle to deliver packages was a big mistake.
