Much as I might joke, actually feeling 25yrs of 'two steps forward, one step back (into the house)' recovery from slip away in under 3 weeks is pretty depressing. The mind is a strange place, and I know a lot of people might think 'getting to stay in' would be 1/5

I've reached a pinnacle point in boredom. I'm browsing Wal-Mart's website in random departments. As much as I despise shopping, I'm quite resentful (and feeling guilty over it) that I can't go shop at my leisure. It's just too much for my anxiety to attempt.

At one point in my life I was agoraphobic for 9 months, I couldn’t even go in the garden,social isolation can be so triggering, I’m thinking of anyone who has struggled with this 💛

I finished therapy in Jan and finally was able to leave the house for short periods of time everyday and then all this happened. 😂

Ironic I may have to go out shopping more in than I do normally if there are no delivery slots. Atleast people will keep their distance, might be the best shopping experience of my life 😂
