Ag Finance Predictions/Questions for 2020: Will lenders continue to roll operating losses into term debt? Willingness of non-traditional lenders to fund operating loans? Chapter 12 will still require feasible plan and sell certain assets, etc.

Getting back to the basics in the session at on LLC’s. The Dual LLC approach is still popular with -I.e., one LLC owns the land and the other LLC owns the operating company.
