Enjoying hearing Phil Davis. Nice to listen to a current AFL player being as perplexed by the umpiring decisions as the rest of us.

12 disposals and just 30 points for Dan Hannebery. A shadow of the player he was.

For the sake of football get rid of this protected area bullshit. Nerd umpires having too much say

Sometimes I swear umpires pick free kicks out of thin air if the ball stays in one particular area for too long

I rode slowly across the Albert Cotter Bridge tonight about an hour or so before first bounce of I passed 14 pedestrians. This is a new high record for this almost $40M walkway put in place by a guy who drove trucks for a living and knew best

I’ve taken some convincing, but we simply won’t be contending this year on that effort. Totally outplayed. Poor.

All over at the SCG. A 12-point win to the Cats.

Unless the AFL power brokers do something I’m tipping this protected area crap/ debacle/ joke will cost a team big time come the years end. Actually an embarrassment for the game now.

3 (not so) interesting points from last night's game: 1. Sydney are the only team Geelong always wear blue shorts against. 2. This burger cost $22 plus 17 minutes of viewing time. 3. The World Cup cameramen are better at spotting talent than their AFL counterparts

McVeigh is wandering around the field with a broken collarbone. Chris Scott should get him with a solid bump

God SCG games are crap to watch. If you're gonna play on a shoebox-sized oval, at least put he cameras a bit higher so you can see why is happening.

AFL broadcasting tonight's game in the Hindi language into India. Amazingly, it makes more sense and is more entertaining than BT and Lingy.

Win one more of the tough ones and finals should be alright. Cracking effort tonight from the Cats. Scott Selwood is more important than anyone outside of the Cats understands.
