you offered my sister a £10 voucher for food to make up on a 5 hour flight delay. Considering how much we paid to make sure we were back on Sunday, i suggest you just refund her the flights and subtract the £10 from the refund.

, you left us in departures in Gatwick on Sunday night with no info and a rep from your company who knew nothing and looked clueless. When we eventually got off the ground after 10 (8:10 flight) your crew was arrogant and unprofessional. Never again

Ah now - this is a disgrace ⁦ -⁩ couldn’t believe the “cheese” in the Irish Ploughman’s Box. Absolutely no excuse - we have excellent cheese producers in this country and this is an embarrassment.

Public Broadcasting to support general public knowledge I could just about live with(begrudgingly & frankly we should have the choice). Feeding(in the main) just 1 bloated lazy monopoly?-forget about it. & licence fee are the equivalent of & airfares of the 80s!!!

Hey ! WTF? I spent a fortune on business class tickets and reserved the seats I wanted several months ago. Upon arrival my seats were changed and are next to the bathroom. Not impressed. You need to compensate me for YOUR error!

1. This experience is 100% consistent with how I've seen act when things go wrong in the past. It's all jokes and smiles until it goes 'pear shaped', at which point they ignore you or get openly rude when you ask them to fix things.

Service on my flights last week was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. I didn’t like the food so was offered an different option, which I declined, so given a variety of snacks. My new go to for transatlantic flights ✈️
