Labs consistent with pancreatitis and DKA. So we are currently treating acute pancreatitis in the Cardiac ICU. I guess this is why we are Internal Medicine docs before we can become Cardiologists. MICU transfer pending.

On the last 2 days, I saw a patient with a new SVT triggered by a wasp bite, one with Takotsubo after she performed CPR on her husband and a pregnant lady with SCAD after seeing her dog attacking her goat!

Per @minissianmt trying to convince pts to drop the 10+ herbal OTC drugs they are taking and to take their statins. Statins are vegan, some extracted from trees and this can be part of a vegan lifestyle too!!

58 yo w/ hx of DM HTN HFpEF comes in fluid overload troponin T elevation with delta change no EKG changes no prior CAD. LHC showed.... are there any other images that would help to further define anatomy?
