5 weeks ! Took this company 5 weeks to decide if they we going to repair /replace the boiler . Eventually made the excuse that ‘corrosion’ was cause of failure and is not covered under the warranty. I’ve seen the engineers report and confirmed - no corrosion found !!

Just received this email from . Still no resolution as having to wait 3 days for my boiler to be fixed and apparently emergency engineer’s do not carry parts....and how do they know that? In the meantime, my son, wife, 2 dogs and I are getting very cold and fed up!
