A symptom question. 2 weeks ago I moved from my apartment. Lots of heavy lifting of furniture and boxes. 14 days later, my muscles and joints are still sore! Is this just my late 30’s? Im I out of shape? Or is my Parkinson’s not letting me “bounce back” as fast?

The majority of spaces available to People with are designed for people 60+. My local organisation's social media hasn't been updated in two years. So of course I just sent an email asking if they want help. I want to see things available for people with Yopd.
