It's not today but one of my son's school friends took her own life yesterday. At 25. Such a tragic loss but not at all uncommon. I'm always here if anyone needs to chat, if you feel you have no one to talk to, talk to me Please

Today's NOT a good day for ...for me. Lol! I just picked up my Fiancee at a bar and they treated me like I was homeless, bothering a (White) patron. I can't have this thing called "LIFE" be filled with this scrutiny.

Just been silence for suicide prevention day. Just upset me. Reminds me I'm lucky to be alive and at the game - not a statistic

So, Monday was . It was also a rather difficult day for me - to the extent that I wrote this. These feelings sometimes come, but they always go.

My dad committed suicide 28 years ago. I will never, ever get over it. If you’re even thinking about it, just tell someone. Get help.

You know what’s fucked up? When you tell people you’re depressed they act like you’re dramatic and ignore you, but comes and those same people run around never realising that they ignore pleas for help every day.

Sometimes i cant help but feel like the is a waste when people don't even care and still have the mindset that people who are struggling with mental illness are real. Nobody commits suicide because they want to. Its because they had no choice.
