The first picture was taken two years ago. The second picture was taken tonight. You are so worth so much more than your mental illness. Keep fighting. Please, keep fighting.

will send suicides soaring claims Labour Chairman. Ian Lavery warned that the Government will have “blood on their hands” if they do not halt the “vicious” rollout of the six-in-one benefits.

It's not today but one of my son's school friends took her own life yesterday. At 25. Such a tragic loss but not at all uncommon. I'm always here if anyone needs to chat, if you feel you have no one to talk to, talk to me Please

When I was 17 I overdosed on Panadol due to grief. It was there in the hospital that this moment changed my life forever. I saw first hand how affected my family were & I knew I would NEVER do it again. Because of them 💖 Hasn’t crossed my mind since 😊

I'm a day late, but as someone who is current struggling with the loss of someone by suicide I can more than confirm that going through depression and thoughts of death doesn't prepare you for how it feels to lose someone to suicide.

If you ask just one person a day how they are, You may be that person they open up to. You may just save a life. Just by talking. On the outside your friends, family & colleagues may seem ok. Underneath, they could be crying for help 💙

I may not know who you are, and I may not know your story. But just know that whatever you may be feeling right now will not last. There's more to life than what you have now, and you always have the choice to continue. You are special. You are loved.

Thank you for the very informative event, ! Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that there were 992 suicide deaths in Rwanda in 2017. Challenged to be a more present friend/sister/cousin/colleague...

Hi everyone. I am back! I was sad to have missed but I hope there were many insightful conversations. We cannot always prevent suicide, but we can do all we can to educate people on it, help others who need us and keep fighting for all.

If we don’t understand, how are we ever able to help?If you know someone who is in the darkness, be their light and try to understand what they are going through. You might never know the difference you have made to someone’s life, just by understanding

It’s actually really hard to take your own life, after three attempts, I finally got help and started to pull my life back together. Help is out there but it’s the hardest thing you’ll ever do to ask for it
