Please support Down's kids and adults, and their families too. Many of my sister's friends have lost their parents and are alone within the system. Little moments of helloes and kindness go a long way when it's a long haul.

My sister lost her eyesight last year and we're still struggling with that. But it absolutely distills what life is all about. Loving each other, needing, helping and enjoying this life on earth we were given. You have to dive in.
