World Book Day - To see so many children dressed as their favourite literary characters was really special. Many of our children were able to talk about the book from where the character came and why it was their favourite.

5 of 7 The Scottish Enlightenment, by Arthur Herman With the hubristic US edition subtitle “how the Scots invented the modern world and everything in it”. I’m less comfortable about that than I was pre-2014, but still a brilliant read!

Ah the glamour of being a drama facilitator! saw our lovely team leader, Carly, transform into Gangsta Granny. Needless to say, the pupils at her residency school were pretty delighted. Also, swipe right for the pièce de résistance... UNICORN SLIPPERS! 🦄 🦄

I miss having the time to doodle! ✏️Between my NQT year and buying a house I have very little time! Plus my visit to see and at the Share a Story event has me itching to try and write a story! 📚
