It’s strange to see a former employer who bullied you now lecturing students about to head into the same industry. Perhaps they’ll learn to act as he did, perhaps they’ll learn to be the opposite of him. One can only hope for the latter.

This type of overt bullying is one side of the story of bullying in workplaces. Often bullying can be more underhand. In both scenarios psychological injuries can occur and if they do substantial damages can and are awarded.
