I love this. I often explore what ‘winning’ means for each of us, individually, when coaching, mentoring or chatting with friends. We change as our professional and personal lives evolve. Sometimes, we just need to switch tracks to get our balance right and thrive.

Well, a couple of weeks in how are you doing? Highlights? Are you doing self-care to sustain and flourish? Have you revisited and reflected on your hopes for this year?

Couldn't agree more with this thread. ECRs are also put last session of the conf programme that rattles my cage and means attendance is low.

What’s the deal with ambitious women in education? In the past I’ve been advised not to strive for promotion because of the impact on my family and I feel I’ve been ‘kept in my box’ by senior staff. I’m wondering how many women have similar experiences?
