For too long, fossil fuel companies have taken advantage of minority communities, exposing them to harmful toxic pollution. The historic Union Hill community in Virginia is fighting back for ecological and social justice. .

The historically African-American community at Union Hill would be disproportionately effected by the unneeded Atlantic Coast Pipeline. Take two seconds and sign this petition. Make the state admit is happening. ;

Look at this map. It shows where a fossil fuel giant wants to build the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. The polluting gas compressor stations are going to be built in communities of color and poor communities. We need to stop it.

FINALLY. a major outlet reports on the racism of the ACP & its Union Hill station, in which Northam is deeply complicit. If Northam has some wild dream of redemption, it can't happen until the pipeline is stopped permnanently

Virginians deserve leadership and representation that respects black people and people of color. His racism is nothing new. He’s cut deals with corps like Dominion and Amazon that harm black and brown communities.

Ralph Northam's racism goes beyond these HORRIFIC images. He's also been pushing the DANGEROUS Atlantic Coast Pipeline-which has MASSIVE compressor station being dumped on historically black community Union Hill-where freedmen are buried

Don’t forget he turned his back on immigrant community members during his election by saying he’d ban sanctuary cities and he’s turned his back on Union Hill residents too, endagering them with harmful air emmissions.

Dominion is trying to build a compressor station in Union Hill, VA because they think they can pollute a historic African American community and contribute to climate change without any consequences.

So encouraging to see delegates, candidates, and grassroots organizers from across the Commonwealth stand together in opposition to the proposed fracked gas pipelines, and advocate for a sustainable future powered on renewable energy.
