First session on the long path back to (hopefully) normality. First time I've pedaled consistently for more than 15 minutes since October. That's Rui Costa's 2017 spare C60 in the background and my yet to be ridden C64 under the blue sheet 😥 is a b****** 😞

Bike bike bike 😬my main focus in training for 2019. On the wattbike today, followed by running hill reps later. Going to run negative splits on the hills & force my self slower at the start & fastest the last. Anyone else do this?

🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ I might not look like I enjoy these sessions at the lab but I really do! Brick session: 1hr turbo - 2 x (10x30 sec sprints) 30min run - 5 x 2.5min @ race pace.
