At diff. times in my life I’ve lived in a single, semi, triplex, basemnt, midrise & highrise. I’ve rented & owned. I’ve commuted by car, bike, train, foot. It’d be nice 2 do all that w/o having 2 move n’hoods each time. Thats . Happy
