Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Talking about suicide should not happen on one day but throughout the year. But it's more than talking, it's about making sure services and resources are available for people when they need them and in ways that work for them.

My brother committed suicide about 3 years ago. One of my brotherโ€™s top 5 favorite people was . I actually bought him his jersey for Christmas the literal night he died. Dak speaking out is huge for people like him who might think itโ€™s weak to ask for help.

Before anything else Dak Prescott is a human being, who lost his brother to suicide. To say he isnโ€™t allowed to or should have depression because he is a quarterback is extremely insensitive.
