It is important to not eat ANY inflammatory foods: No animal protein, no saturated fat (no matter what source,) no gluten & no dairy whatsoever. It may not be fun to do but it is most essential to health & wellness. The Western diet kills!

While heart disease and cancer are the leading causes of death in the US, and a whole food plant-based diet has been shown to prevent or reverse these conditions, this should be the default diet until there is credible scientific evidence that demonstrates otherwise.

Food cravings are insane. and I have been eating whole food plant based for over a week now and I just had a mega craving for a Burger King Whopper. I don't even REMEMBER the last time I had a whopper, or a full-on burger for that matter.

Success is progress not perfection. Can't fully give up meat? Slowly reduce. Every meatless / dairyless / eggless meal is progress. Eat fewer burgers and more beans. You can do this! The greater the change, the greater the health benefit
