I proudly worked in during the 2016 presidential election. Today’s ruling, and the action it upheld—these are antithetical to protecting the vote, as they are active measures to make voting harder in America.

The chief election officer of any state, city, or county should never oversee or administer an election in which she or he is a contestant. This will be a tenant of our legislative package that we look forward to rolling out in December.

We're prepared to help fundraise for a lawsuit- or anything else legally permissible- to help ensure registrations in Shelby and Davidson, the two largest Dem counties in TN by a large margin, are processed in time.

A pleasant problem to have: double the anticipated turnout by attorneys for this afternoon's training session. Great to see so much engagement for the upcoming election.

I’m working at the polls on Election Day. 99 years ago women were granted the right to vote. The protects our rights to vote and lawyers are your line of defense if your right to vote is threatened!
