Incredible how is so willing to lose tens of thousands of dollars in future business supporting the lies of a few of their inept employees today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. On the bright side, my next car won't suck

I own a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. I was told that the clips inside of the boot that connect to the fuel filter line coming from the fuel tank can order from the replaced. What is part number to order the clips.

brand new Golf r 2018. Clutch nearly evaporates after 2,400 miles. Have been driving manuals exclusively since 1993. Dealer says clutch not under warranty. Explain to me please how that makes sense. Clutch went bust while at 50mph with my child in the car. Shameful!

Got a new VW Jetta GLI and it broke down in 4 days. It's been a bad experience trying to get roadside assistance and trying to work with the service center. No one ever calls me back and I had to pay for towing myself. I am disappointed and frustrated. can you help?

. Good morning. I am looking for an email address to send a letter, looking for coupons for major service issues. Jetta’s oil filter housing is faulty and will cost over 1000 to fix, in addition, my check engine light is now on, and the air conditioner broke. Yikes

So ive got a 2017 Jetta with 5800miles on it. Brakes are shot, rear passenger door panel rattles when the volume is turned up to any discernible level, the moonroof squeals like it needs to be rocked asleep. Whats the deal here?

First day of VW Jetta and there is problem with the car. Is this another way of fooling around customers like the emission blunder? The transmission fluid leak. Known issue in VW vehicles.

Maybe VW should invest in technology. You can lock keys in a keyless entry GTI. Had keys in bag, opened Hatch, threw in bag, closed hatch, car locked w lights & all, went to driver’s door & passenger’s door locked; of course, hatch locked! key battery was fine. Fix it!
