33yo pt with for 3 yrs, on 5ASA 4.8g/d. 2-3 semi-formed BM/day, rare blood & urgency. Topicals help but she won't use. C-scope: left sided Mayo Score 1. Patient is interested in "natural" therapies. What would you add to her regimen?
