I don't believe that the "digital detox" is helpful or even necessary. Technology is not going away. It's going to invade our lives even more as time goes by. People need to learn how to use tech so it benefits their lives instead of stealing their time.

Not always, but more & more it seems we are using Design Sprints as some sort of bandaid for actually doing good, thoughtful, research & design. You can’t cram that into 1-3 weeks and call it good & done. I do like Design Sprints, but not as a replacement for good work.
