Thank you so much to all of the delegates for your votes today. I look forward to winning the support from voters across the state in the primary on June 26. Now let's go clean up Washington!

As a moderate, some ask me why I'm not an R. Then I see on Twitter a wild 3.5-hour debate about bylaws while I workout, get my daughter to a soccer game, volunteer at a park clean-up, speak honoring vets, coach a soccer game and now cut the grass. Let's start there.

The only worthwhile thing we have done at the State GOP convention, 4 hours in, is find a woman's car keys. Not a single candidate speech or election yet.

So all told, this caucus-convention lasted a painful 8.5 hours from start to finish. For 7 candidate selections. Who will be the first Utah lawmaker to introduce legislation to abolish convention next year?

There sure are a lot of anti-Romney tweets coming from out-of-state folks. Makes me wonder what’s up? Give ‘em hell Mitt! What can I do to help?

I’d vote for over any candidate in any race at the Convention. As straightforward and genuine as they come. I have a ton of respect for this man.

Mitt Romney forced into primary. He gets 49.12% to Utah House Rep. Mike Kennedy's 50.88% in second round. Primary in June.

Looks like Herrod and Kennedy will force a primary with their opponents. Wasting lots of money to fight against the person the rest of Utah will vote for

ICYMI: The Supreme Court asked the state to file a response to the Utah GOP's lawsuit challenging the dual-track nomination system. But, don't read too much into the request, as this has happened before only to see those cases dismissed
