National Delegates Conference have now decided on a rule change that ensures our younger members will be able to discuss issues that matter to them at their own annual conference. Passed unanimously... and why not. 😊

The rule amendment did not have a 2/3 majority so it falls. There is a disparity though with NEC members having the power they have and only standing for election every 2 years while branch officials have to stand annually.
