90% sure I magpied this idea from (sorry if it's not you...) where you show the kids what a plan looks like. Using this for a home learning planner we have, and this is going in one of the first weeks.

A4: Pros- the weak strive to improve, the top showboat. Cons- the middle get lost. They rarely develop as they could/should and some dip as they become invisible and "what's the point" mentally can occur. As a teacher you can't always teach to the appropriate level
