Europeans must stand together to show our leaders that we support a more humane migration policy to ensure the safety of the refugees and asylum seekers trapped in the Aegean & other European refugee camps!

New "action plan" shows that the government plans on being, unbelievably, even more inhumane towards refugees post-Brexit. This truly is "historic". Horrifically so. We must fight this at every point.

Moria camp must be evacuated NOW. Thousands of who should have been resettled by Europe from the unsafe camp months ago now left completely without shelter. Imagine seeking safety and finding this hell.

Will Britain take in refugees whose homes have been devastated as a consequence of Europe’s disastrous refugee policy? will you help these vulnerable people?

Alexander Obolensky who we have a statue to in Ipswich was an England rugby player, came to England as a refugee who had fled his home during the Bolshevik takeover of 1917

This news is extremely worrying. Brexit should not mean that the UK stops helping the most vulnerable children. Without a legal route, children will be forced to undertake more dangerous and often deadly journeys in the hope of finding safety.

Illegal migration? @patel4witham Do you mean people seeking asylum? The UK's migration policies are already inhumane, let's not make them more so.

UK has a chance to rethink migration policy but you are choosing to remain complicit in EU violence and brutality against asylum seekers. It's time for more humanity and less cruelty on Europe's borders
