I think one of my big take aways this year from is to remember its a journey. That you may have stumbles and detours, you may even need to rebuild roads or a new bridge. Always appreciate the distance you've gone and the things you've learned along the way.

We should be measuring UDL by the extent to which we are disrupting existing inequities. Universal design is about equity; about intentionally designing lessons for ALL kids!
