My patient with is failing high dose oral prednisone and 3 loading doses of vedolizumab. We planned to admit her to the hospital for IV asteroids and escalation of therapy and called to tell us she has to fail IV steroids as an outpatient first. What? No.

Today I represented the US in a meeting with the UK and multiple Asian countries to discuss a global trial of a novel therapy for that is already being used in China and Japan. GREAT collaboration to bring better treatments to our pts and learn from each other.

I bloody can't wait for opportunity to elect a Labour Govt to totally reinvent social security including discredited ... this Govt pretending they listened and learned when the truth is they rolled out a system that wasn't fit for purpose and didn't care about the impact!

Recent signee and former Marshall TE Ryan Yurachek's 2017 numbers don't pop off the charts (i.e. 78.4 OVR grade, 1.29 YPRR)... But I did have a press-box view of his Gronk-esque performance against . He caught six passes for a career-high 77 yards and 3 TDs.

Wasn't this the case brought to the High Court by two disabled claimants one of whom is terminally ill & having to fight this appalling Govt due to the slashing of his support caused by transfer onto ? Yet not a shred of conscience shown by McVey, just deflections & bombast 😱

It feels great to pop out to the shops / get hair cut / pick up sprog from school without the crippling anxiety that i might shit myself. Im still recovering, but already reaping the rewards of this . Now free from it, i can see just how ill i was.

Do you have a plan to avoid getting sunburns, which increases your risk of skin cancer? Better to embrace the SPF 50 and avoid the risk of bigger problems down the road.

Bingeing on - remember I always wanted him as a doctor. Before I got sick. And now I am sick and my specialist is like a real life Dr House (winning in a twisted way) Forgot how good this show is.

NBA Draft ends. 's Evans went 28th overall to Warriors. Expect Gary Clark and maybe Kyle Washington to get free-agent looks. Washington also could land overseas.
