28 March 1969: The original airdate for the TOS finale 'Turnabout Intruder'. The airing would be preempted by the news of the death of former US president Dwight D. Eisenhower. The episode would eventually air in June.

is not a bad episode. The pacing is brisk, and i was engaged in this by-the-numbers body swap story. Lester is one-note, and the crew takes far too long to catch on to what is really happening, but in the end we see who is truly fit for command. "C+"

One of my issues with was Erika Hernandez. There were no female Starfleet captains in or before Kirk’s era as detailed in this episode. And yet NX-02’s Captain was a woman.
