Britain has a transphobia problem that is deeper than anything I’ve come across in any western democracy. It is visible, it is institutional and it is everywhere. In our media, in our journalism, in our films...the viciousness of it is a stain on this country.

So is done, from where I was standing, all went very well. The speakers represented many of the intersections, the police kept their distance (relatively) and accessibility appears to have been good. Overall, the rumours going around appear to be unfounded.
