Investigating the picture 2019-3-g11.png at Multiple objects are interesting, but non of them are an obvious lead. My best guess is a round object on top of a shelf. A spindle pack of CD:s? Tape? Emergency exit?

Out of many fake copies, the closest matches found are related to Turkey. A brand called "Philippe" comes up in the searches. However, one result seems to be of high quality and advertised as a Product. Have you seen this before?
